Data collected and purposes

• Email inquiries: When you contact us via email, we process your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Appointment booking: When you book a call through Calendly, your data (name, email, chosen time slot) is collected by Calendly LLC in accordance with their privacy policy. Legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Audience measurement: This site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to analyze website traffic in aggregate form. This processing is subject to your prior consent via the Cookiebot banner. No data is collected without your agreement. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

• Google LLC (Google Analytics) — audience measurement
• Calendly LLC — appointment booking
• Vercel Inc. — website hosting

Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers (Google, Calendly, Vercel) are based in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Data retention

• Contact emails: retained for a maximum of 12 months after processing, then deleted.
• Calendly data: according to Calendly LLC's retention policy.
• Google Analytics data: maximum 14 months (GA4 settings).

You have the following rights regarding your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent (for cookies, via the Cookiebot banner).
